Shipping within New Zealand:

Delivery is typically within 1-2 working days from dispatch for most New Zealand addresses. Rural deliveries may take up to 2 additional working days.

Orders may be dispatched from different locations (store or warehouse), so items may arrive in multiple packages.  We use a range of courier partners, including NZ Post.

Delivery to Australia:

Delivery time is approximately 5 - 10 working days from dispatch.
All Australian orders are sent via NZ Post.

Delivery charges

Shipping within New Zealand:

FREE SHIPPING on all New Zealand Orders over $100.
Orders under $100 incur a $7 shipping fee.

Shipping to Australia:

FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $200.
Australian orders under $200 will incur a $15 fee.
